1. Eligibility and Account Registration

• You are registering as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of another person.

• You are not a current or former employee of oph222, or a close family member of such a person, unless specific written permission has been granted.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information. oph222 will conduct identity verification (KYC) as part of the account activation process. You may be asked to provide valid government-issued identification, proof of address, and other documents at any time. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and restrictions on withdrawals.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username, password, or OTP codes with anyone. oph222 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

2. Account Use and Conduct

Your oph222 account is for personal use only. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of bets, and forfeiture of balances:

• Creating more than one account, whether under your own name or through any alias or third party.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the platform in any way.
• Exploiting technical errors, glitches, or miscalculated odds for personal gain. Any bets placed taking advantage of such errors may be voided.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated wagering designed to manipulate outcomes.
• Using another person's payment method or account to fund your own oph222 balance.

oph222 reserves the right to monitor account activity and investigate any behaviour that appears irregular or in breach of these Terms. Where a breach is confirmed, oph222 may withhold withdrawals pending investigation, void affected bets, or permanently close the account.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

All monetary transactions on oph222 are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits are accepted through supported local payment channels including Philippine online and mobile banking, bank transfers, and local e-wallets. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:
